  • I'm actually fed up of trying to pay my bill! I've been round the app a dozen times and I have nothing anywhere saying manage bills and payments! I've tried the text service! Says it doesn't recognise my payment method. Won't let me link any products! Tried to take direct debit early and because I hadn't been paid yet it cancelled the direct debit. It won't give me any reasonable easy options to pay

  • Sometimes I like this app, especially when it tells me that I have infinite data. Of course, I know it's teasing me, and when I log back in later, sure enough, I'm back to my normal limited amount. Then there are other times it decides it's "having difficulties" and won't tell me anything. I think the best word to describe this app is temperamental. Considering what EE do, you'd think they'd have the best app going. If we all bought the same phone, it would be easier for them, but still.........

  • I use to be able to do everything with this app. It was awesome. But I've been unable to buy add ons through the app, upgrade or even see the bill for the last several month. So apart from letting me know what lines I have and contract length, you can do nothing more with it. I end up just calling instead and text for the bills.

  • Switched to EE but this app is pointless. Information is minimal and to top up or check balance you have to do it separately, nowhere on the app can i see my usage. I've linked my phone and number but it says its linked and does nothing. No point in all them features if it's so hard to do simple things like top up and check balance. Reply to developer: I only downloaded the app yesterday so I assume it was the latest also there is no update available. I don't have Facebook or X so what now?

  • Worst mobile phone app I have ever used run rings around this app just to view you usage and half the time it does work and all you get is we are working hard to get it up and running again 9xs out of 10 this happens. The advice of trying to delete it and reinstall still no joy still slow and have to go through different links just to get to your data usage and subscriptions terrible app

  • The app is very sluggish and most of the time it doesn't load at all. It used to be exciting to use but now I hesitate even the thought of opening it knowing I'll be disappointed. When you touch or select a link it also either doesn't respond or crashes. It has become nightmarish therfore I have downgraded the rating to 1. Do something EE
